SchoenTell Blog

A blog about nothing in particular! Just some random thoughts on the world around us on observations that I make. Since I work at an airport, I observe a lot! This can be about anything, even sticky subjects (in some cases) like politics, religion or even birth-order and other such family issues. Hopefully it may contain things of interest to you. In some cases there may be things that you couldn’t care less about! At any rate, your comments are welcome and encouraged. In some cases, you may disagree with me, that’s okay, I allow anybody to be wrong. (ha ha) Perhaps we can get some discussions going.

He will get processed at the Military Center in Phoenix, just up the road from here, and will then be on his way to Fort Knox sometime around 8:00 this morning. He will call when he gets there and will update when we can.
In the meantime, this is an all out prayer alert for all Prayer Warriors! Drop to your knees and give me twenty. Twenty prayers, that is, for today. Of course, we will all pray without ceasing during the next 9 weeks of intensive training that Aaron will be enduring participating in.

They will begin their world concert tour where they actually began their ascent to stardom, singing at the now famous “Corner Cafe” in beautiful downtown Buffalo, North Dakota. Sends chills up and down the spine don’t it? Take that, Lennon Sisters!

Click the play button above to hear a little of the K Sisters past hit. It’ll take you back. Apologies to the Andrews Sisters.

Boo, on the other hand, is always here. Here, the two of are patiently waiting for Paulette’s return by the front window as she is running some errands. Life indeed is a drag when Paulette isn’t around. You can see it clearly in these poor faces.

Decided to scale South Mountain which is about half a mile from our home in Phoenix. Beautiful morning. We figured we’d better go today as the next few days will be getting into the triple digits - joy! Overall a very nice trip with a little swim afterwards.
